Quick freezer room is cooling in short time -Bitzer compressor, air condenser -ISO9001:2008 -200mm PU panels. --18~-23'C

This quick freezer room is applied to cool fish, meat to temperature of -18'C in a short time running, its room temp. is -18~-23'C, condensing temp. is +40'C. It is used in the fish, meat processing factory. 

 

The main equipments and materials:

1. Refrigeration system:

  1.1 Compressor: Bitzer semi-hermetic compressor,

  1.2 Condensing units: air cooled.

  1.3 Evaporator: air cooler.

  1.4 Refrigerant: R404a

 

2. Electric system: Schneider electric components, fully automatic controlling system, digital display, warning light for running failure.

 

3. Insulation panel, cold store panels:

  3.1 Material: polyurethane (PU), metal sheet.

  3.2 Density of PU: 40~42kg/m3

  3.3 Metal sheet: 0.421 mm white painted steel sheet

  3.4 Thickness of panel: 150mm

 

4. Cold store door:

  4.1 Swing (hinged) door applied.
